We've told you to stop applying numerous times now. Harassing us with telegrams and posts on both the forum and on the RMB about it every couple of days isn't likely to improve your chances of getting in. My deputy ministers have offered you explanations for your repeated application denials (assuming you chose to seek them out and messaged them as you have with me), so I'm unconvinced that you really have no idea why you're not being accepted in.
