The Security Council,

ACKNOWLEDGING The Brotherhood of Malice (BoM) as one of the most malicious and notorious raiders,

NOTING that The Brotherhood of Malice, over the years, has been destroying and griefing countless regions, a very detested practice,

RECOGNIZING these actions by The Brotherhood of Malice as a threat to international peace and stability,

OBSERVING that almost all the regions BoM raids are neutral, innocent communities which are still in their early stages and have little to no defenses,

FURTHER RECOGNIZING that Assassins of BoM use tricks and mind games on innocent nations into handing them over the power and invading a region,

APPALLED by the fact that The Brotherhood of Malice has been using these tactics without being condemned by the Security Council for several years,

BELIEVING that the aforementioned actions are heinous and detrimental to thousands of innocent nations and regions,

HEREBY CONDEMNS The Brotherhood of Malice

Overview
This resolution aims to condemn The Brotherhood of Malice (Bom) for its raiding of regions. It begins by describing Bom as "one of the most malicious and notorious raiders", before citing the region's history and continued practice of "destroying and griefing countless regions". The resolution then goes on to address various practices of the region in its raids, such as that many of its targets are "neutral, innocent communities", and that they use "tricks and mind games on innocent nations", ie infiltration, in many of their raids. This is then used as the argument for the effect in the final operative clause: issuing a formal condemnation of Bom.

Recommendation
This proposal fails to go into much detail as to the practices of Bom. While it cites various practices the region has engaged in, not even one example of a particular raid by Bom is named. In addition, condemnations in this age merely serve as rewards for their nominees. Bom is a region which has engaged in a long pattern of hostility to both The North Pacific and a number of our allies, so we cannot in good conscience vote to give them a reward on their region page.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the SC resolution at vote, "Condemn The Brotherhood of Malice".
