Recognizing that invaders and raiders are a menace to the general population.

Acknowledging that a large majority of recent raids are started from the lair of Suspicious

Knowing that Suspicious is operated by Lone Wolves United, Osiris, The Black Hawks, The Brotherhood of Malice along with many others

Noting that from this region, raids have been made onto hundreds of others, including Frozen Circle and Birb

Appalled that this region would harbor such unsavory organizations

Afraid that if such coalitions of invaders continue to exist, this malicious menace will grow only stronger

Resolution Overview:
Condemn Suspicious aims to condemn the combined jump point of major raiding regions for their involvement in numerous raids recently.

Ministry Recommendation:
Raiding and Defending has been a part of gameplay for a long time. Unlike other resolutions condemning regions involed in raiding, this resolution lacks quality and details in justification. Furthermore, this submission, like the previous proposal "Liberate Ukraine", is just a ploy to delay "Liberate the Mystical Council" proceeding to vote, a liberation of a region under an active threat of destruction from raiders, one of whom is the author who is an RO in the region under threat.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the Security Council Resolution at vote, "Condemn Suspicious".

This proposal has received the necessary approvals to enter the formal queue. Barring it being withdrawn or marked illegal, it will proceed to a vote at Minor Update on Monday, February 21
