Outer Space Treaty ~ Outer Space Treaty Organization
As passed by the Assembly of the Outer Space Treaty Organization, the member nations of the Outer Space Treaty may now discuss and plan the construction of the North Pacific Space Station in this thread.

Syrixia:
(OOC: Did I say we were supplying ALL of the resources?)
(OOC: "Syrixia would like to provide the materials and parts to construct the station, as we have a surplus of such materials already prepared for the station's construction."

Does that not imply you will be provide all materials? If not, maybe your working should be "We will provide some materials. :) )

Cascadia is willing to help in any reasonable way to construct and launch the station. Before we start construction, though, we need to plan out how it will be designed. Ideas?

The PigletXR1 has the ability to carry a portion of the station to space, however, we would need international help deorbiting the command module so that each expedition can add a new portion to its cargo.

Is there any result from our proposal of assistance?
Ceretis:
[W]e are curious who will be launching your station into orbit. We may be open to assisting your organization in launching segments into space as we have a rather experienced space agency and your interests seem compatible.

On that note we may also be open to exchange of research and scientific data.
Assistance in fabricating equipment and modules is being offered as a joint effort of CASA (Ceretisian Aeronautics and Space Administration) and Stella Aerospace.

No, but that can be discussed here. The station will be launched in segments, each from various different nations.

Perhaps I worded it wrong then. Apologies.
Syrixia recommends the following design:

We believe that this design is efficient, reasonable, and makes well use of solar power. Thoughts?

We are able to provide multiple launch coordination, assistance with ground and space assembly, and if needed component manufacture.

The United States of New Sekai can provide any support of construction and operation of the North Pacific Space Station.

In the interest of environmental protection, we would be willing to license our method for production, storage, and use of Hydroxylammonium nitrate fuel for the cost of V1 per launch.

ETA: To clarify, this is a nominal license fee to use our know-how, not for the fuel itself- we only make enough of this stuff to meet our own needs.

We can also provide technical support for just the cost of food and lodging for the Sadakhan personnel who are eager to freelance on this project outside formal diplomatic ties, as any new projects of our own in space have been sidelined while we work on our weather problem.

We gladly offer use of our orbiters, we should have a large enough cargo hold to hold the command module and can convey sections of the station en route.
