Admiring the willingness of Pauline Bonaparte to provide instructions to nations that are seeking to free Anne Frank;

Urging the nations and regions of the world to follow the example of Pauline Bonaparte and contact this esteemed nation to get involved in the international effort to free Anne Frank:

Hereby Commends Pauline Bonaparte.

For the record and as r3n said, this was meant to advertise liberation efforts, not to actually pass. The advertisement turned out not to be necessary as the region was liberated the same update this went to vote, but c'est la vie.
