Following a discussion by the moderation team, a majority of the present moderators have agreed to release the following thread: http://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/6984469/10/#new
The thread relates to the decision to permanently ban Govindia from this forum. The decision to release this thread for public viewing should not be taken as establishing a precedent for future cases. Generally speaking we will not release threads that relate to a decision to warn a given user. So if you're warned, do not point to this situation and then expect the thread relating to your warning to be released. That won't fly with the admin or moderation team.
Additionally, I have closed the old thread. Replies or comments on it should be made in this thread instead.
