The West Pacific - GiE

BIteland has announced the appointment of 4 ministers for the GiE:

North Harmoneia as Foreign Minister

Freedom & Pride as Press Secretary

Halmont as GiE Ombudsman (effectively the AG)

Shasoria as Minister of Defense
 
North Harmoneia has resigned as GiE Foreign Minister, and applied to join the Council of Nations of TWP Government.

In a simultaneous (well, as simultaneous as possible) post on both nosync and s8 NH claimed both the infighting, and the lack of appreciation recieved from the GiE as reasons for resigning.

This has come after some public questions over the difficulties in accessing various parts of the s8 forum from the casual user, a symptom of slow admin action apparently...

Application for the CoN
 
There is little doubt in my mind that she will be promptly accepted into the CoN. Eli has already stated he will approve of her acceptance. She is generally accepted as a good mind even by those who oppose her.
 
Discussions continue on the s8 forum as to an eventual compromise. Foremost of issues has been the dilution of power of the delegate as given under the original Eli charter, as well as alteration to how the CoM/CoN are appointed.
