Greetings and salutations to all. I am Boris K. Poklonskaja, Secretary of State for the Republic of Mouxordia. As Secretary of State, it is my prerogative to address all matters concerning foreign governments (to include facilitating the travel of their citizens), negotiate treaties, represent Mouxordia in the IAN, and advise the President in foreign policy issues. Under that umbrella falls the reporting back of Mouxordian embassies abroad. Any and all matters pertaining to anything involving the government of the Republic of Mouxordia should be conducted through myself via this channel. The Republic strongly encourages peaceful discourse and diplomatic means to resolving all issues.
