CULTURAL AFFAIRS STAFF & CULTURE COUNCIL POSITIONS
The responsibilities of the Deputy Minister include:
- supporting and working closely with the Minister in the execution of all ministerial duties
- assuming responsibility for ministry affairs in the event of the Minister's absence
- helping the Minister coordinate staff and council meetings, taking meeting notes
- reminding staff/council about assignments, upcoming deadlines, important event dates, etc.
- assisting the Minister and Ministry of Communications with coordinating all Cultural Affairs announcements, updates, and other miscellaneous communications with members on and off the forum
- performing various other Cultural Affairs office tasks as assigned by the Minister
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the MoC Representative include:
- working closely with the Cultural Affairs office (Minister, Deputy Minister, Historian) to coordinate all ministry-specific communications in-game
- representing the Ministry of Communications on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the MFA Representative include:
- working closely with the Cultural Affairs office (Minister, Deputy Minister, Historian) to coordinate all Foreign Affairs-related ministry-specific communications to allies and TNP embassies.
- representing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the Cultural Affairs Historian include:
- documenting Cultural Affairs events as they occur
- assisting the Minister and Deputy Minister in organizing, updating, or archiving some of the older sections that fall under the Ministry’s forum purview
- performing various other Cultural Affairs office tasks as assigned by the Minister
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the Member Outreach Coordinator include:
- being friendly, outgoing, informed and regularly active on the forum
- maintaining daily oversight of new member posts in The Docks
- welcoming new members and directing them to any/all Cultural Affairs areas of interest around the forum
- coordinating with the Cultural Affairs office (Minister, Deputy Minister, Historian), the Education Coordinator, and the forum administrators to regularly update the Education Help Desk thread/information
- working with the Ministry of Communications office to welcome new members in-game and on the RMB, and direct them to any/all Cultural Affairs areas of interest around the forum
- representing the interests of all new members of the forum on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the National RP Coordinator include:
- helping facilitate the creation, and organization, of all nation-specific roleplay threads or events
- representing the interests of all members/nations who are active participants in nation-specific roleplay sections of the forum on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the RP Games Coordinator include:
- helping facilitate the creation, and organization, of all miscellaneous roleplay threads or events (including all sports events)
- representing the interests of all members/nations who are active participants in all miscellaneous roleplay sections of the forum (including sports) on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the OOC Coordinator include:
- helping facilitate the creation, and organization, of all miscellaneous Out of Character threads or events (including all non NS-related games)
- representing the interests of all members/nations who are active participants in the Out of Character sections of the forum on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the Education Coordinator include:
- helping the Cultural Affairs office work on updating, organizing, and expanding the offerings of The North Pacific University
- working closely with the Cultural Affairs Historian and the Ministry office to create a 101-style TNP Introduction Course series for the University to aid new forum members
- representing the interests of Education, and all members who are active participants in The North Pacific University, on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the Theme Weeks/Holidays Coordinator include:
- helping facilitate the creation, organization, advertising, and execution of all Theme Weeks and Holiday events on the forum
- representing the interests and ideas of all members/nations pertaining to Theme Weeks and Holiday events on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
The responsibilities of the Awards Ceremony Coordinator include:
- helping facilitate the creation, organization, advertising, and execution of all Awards Ceremony events on the forum
- representing the interests and ideas of all members/nations pertaining to Awards Ceremony events on the Culture Council
- attending Culture Council meetings
- performing various tasks for the Culture Council as assigned
