The SC roster is meant to be owned by the Vice Delegate, with Elu as the script manager. I passed ownership to Sillystring when she became vice delegate.
 
The OP has been updated to include new links for the mass-TG page, the dispatch service, the retaliation target editor, the WA vote records, the citizen tracking records, and the happenings queries.
 
All of the passwords relating to Cabinet-controlled offsite resources have been updated.

If you had access, contact the respective minister to get the new access credentials.

If you had access, contact the respective minister, the VD, or the Speaker (as appropriate) to get the new access credentials.
 
Updated to add notes for resources that were deprecated because of the forum move (though hopefully will be restored in the future).
 
Updated to include the retaliatory recruitment maintenance spreadsheet, and remove the now-retired recruitment retaliation target editor.
