-Memo from the Ilian Commission of Foreign Outreach-​

After a long debate debate in the Freehold Forum and a relatively quick vote. The Commission of Foreign Outreach has negotiated with the Freehold Assembly open up a row of buildings along with a skyscraper in the Northern Yuil District of the Ciar Freehold. Below is a description of the two areas open for embassies.

  [*]Imer Central Avenue: A central street of Northern Yuil. Famed as one of the most affluent districts of the Ciar, hosting the National Headquarters of the largest worker guilds and private companies, including the Allied Transit Worker's, Ciar Banking Group and Gelisha Industrial. The most prominent features of this location is its ease of access to both Central Ciar the host to the Allied Freehold's National Assembly and the Yuil Port one of the busiest in the region.
  
  [*]Ciar-Ulera Tower: Built nearly 80 years prior as one of the three Ciar Sister Towers, three identical towers build in a near equilateral triangle around the Freehold Forum. The Northern Tower has switched hands more then its sister towers originally owned by the Party of Genetic Identity, one of the most radical right wing political parties of Ilia. After the Party was banned from operating in Ilia the tower was seized by the state and sold to a consortium of corporate interests, the Ciar Banking Group and finally to Julisha Agricultural, after the Blight of 2001 JA filed bankruptcy and the Freehold Commission on Asset Management purchased the Tower for Governmental Operates.
