Ambassador Phillip Hanson will be representing the Kingdom of McMasterdonia in this investigation. The investigation will first receive a briefing on security practices from the Eumenorian Government and then they will be allowed to investigate the crime scene as per the agreement between member states in the Democratic Union.

The leader of this investigation will be the Delegation from Syrixia, who is joined by Phillip Hanson from Mcmasterdonia, and the yet to be announced Ambassador from the Kingdom of Plembobria. The McMasterdonian Government is confident that this investigation will shed further light on the events and that they will be able to uncover the exact details of what happened, provided that Eumenor sticks to it's agreement.

Nations participating in this should announce their assigned investigator, after which, Eumenor will provide a briefing on security practices in the nation currently and on the evidence gathered so far.

The newly-appointed leader of the Syrixian delegation in this investigation, which numbers 5 detectives, is Hajo Dohar.

"Gentlemen, please be seated."
The assembled delegations occupied a long chamber adjourning the parliament halls. From the head of the table, the EumenEYE official Thomas Brown, the chief of the Met Police, the Spokesman himself, and the secretary of home affairs sat, arms crossed or writing, stern faced. The Syrixians, Plembobrians and of course the McMasterdonians had arrayed themselves. Behind the Eumenorians a large screen had been pulled down, showing a labeled map of the capital.
"We are here." A red arrow appeared on screen. The main thoroughfares through the centre radiated from below the shaft. "The incident happened - here. The lead jeep came off Bridge Street here, crashed through the security fencing, and collided with the McMasterdonian cars. The attackers entered towards the rest of the convoy, carried out the attack, and then exited Eastwards in this direction."
He pointed out a few more important places, and traced the route the assailants took out of the city with a laser pointer, having highlighted the area they were believed to have changed into civilian gear, ditched their vehicles, and blended into the rush-hour crowds.
"The entire site of the assassination is sealed off, and tents have been constructed for the forensic teams over the evidence. You have full access to the site, and to all other buildings within Minas Ersul including government centres and private residences with permission of the special-forces officers that will be accompanying you at all times. Regretfully, you will not be blue to access EumenEYE documents at this point.
You will be staying under guard at the hotel just down the road. This is for your own protection. There is still a very real threat, but we are working to apprehend the suspects. You will be briefed on the situation and what we already know shortly.
Any questions?"

Have the investigators sent the bodies of the McMasterdonian Delegation home yet?

Have the investigators retrieved any weapons?

Has the scene been investigated by any specialists? Could you give us details about their qualifications and why they were invited to attend the scene.

"The at-the-scene investigations were largely carried out by the Met Police's Forensics Unit, comprising experts from the best universities in Eumenor and abroad. Most have degrees in forensic science and have served with the police force for many years. They are professional, meticulous, and well-equipped, and the detailed reports they have filed are all at your disposal. Regular police detectives were employed in the case, and you will have the opportunity to meet some of them as your investigation progresses.
As we speak the bodies of the McMasterdonian delegation are leaving the police department's morgues and are on their way to a small military aerodrome where they are to depart for McMasterdonia. The McMasterdonian delegation is invited to pay their respects and send off the monarch as soon as this briefing, and the subsequent press conference, finishes. You will be given strict instructions on the information you are allowed to disclose to the press in this conference by an EumenEYE press liaison officer, and further guidelines on the information you may release over the course of the investigation. Whether the McMasterdonians intend to conduct their own inquiry on the bodies when they receive them I don't know, but all three investigating nations have full access to morgue and autopsy reports.
A full catalogue of weapons found at the site is available from your assigned security officer, along with a selection of other information you may find useful, but a brief summary includes assorted semi-automatics, two explosive charges, and a lot of ammunition. This has all been analysed.
Over the course of this investigation you will find yourself re-doing a lot of the work we have already done; this is inevitable and necessary to check out deductions. However we will endeavour to provide to you the bulk of the reports from our investigation which do not compromise national security to lessen your workload and point you on the right track. Any further questions?"

The agreement made no mention of Eumenor keeping some of the evidence secret for national security purposes. We need access to all information including the EumenEye documents. When will these be made available?

Are the vehicles from the motorcade still located at the scene of the crime?

Here's an additional question; does the Eumenorian government also have a theory on WHY?
