that the Capital City was "undefined".

Why they want to become the Capital:
New Castenius
New Castenius believes they should be the Capital City. The city contains the Government Building and Capitol.
The city is where the Historical Castian Empire died, which spread the new Culture and revolution in Sytarenne (479 AD)
The city is one of the most modern and richest cities in Sytarenne. However New Castenius suffers from Pollution, High Industrialization rates,
low Nature-Friendly rate, and loud noises with traffic.
Atherstone
This city was originally the capital. It was the first city to ever be civilized in Sytarenne, and also contains the Assembly.
This is also the place where most of the Native Sytariots live as this place was the home of thousands of Native-Sytariots until the Castian Empire ruled, causing people to forcibly abandon the area. The city has low pollution rate, but however suffers from Economical issues.
Holleresen
The most populated city in Sytarenne. Contains alot of major attractions in Sytarenne, has a few skyscrapers but
manages to have a stable environment. However this city has high criminal rates and a slightly-careless local government.
