Yes, he did, but then he withdrew his candidacy for VD and Speaker. You'll find him listed under "Declined Nomination" for both, and under "Candidates" for Delegate.

Having thought it over, I am happy to accept my nominations for Vice Delegate. :) I must, however, turn down my nomination for Speaker.

In terms of real life workload this term will be awful for me, and the little time I have for NS needs to be focussed on admin stuff. thanks for the thought, though.

I have made clear for the past few elections that I would not stand for election under any circumstances going forward. So, for the record, I decline any and all nominations now and going forward.
