Kiwi was applied to join the Security council here.

This thread is for council members to discuss the application. Once discussions conclude (after the majority of members have weighted in) we shall move this to vote.
 
Kiwi is a dedicated and reliable member. As long as he continues to endotart (I think right now he is just above the limit), I would support his membership.
 
I'm inclined to throw my own support behind this too. Just waiting to hear back from everyone else although I don't see there being any objections really.
 
I can't see there being any issues from anyone on this application. Other than issues with putting a bird onto the security council.

I motion we vote.
