Judicial elections will start on the 1st of March 2014.

Cormac has agreed to serve as election commissioner. I will also serve as election commissioner for these elections.

8. Regional Assembly members shall be provided five days to declare their candidacy.

Does that mean we nominate for 5 days or we refrain and expect candidates to declare themselves?

The law was changed - candidates now just declare themselves.

Nominations are still allowed, of course, but (as always) an actual declaration by the candidate is necessary to stand for office.
