We are pleased to announce that your embassy application has been approved. Your Embassy is located at #6 Greer Avenue, Intelligentsia. The embassy will include sufficient gardens and a small lake for entertaining and garden parties. Your mission shall be granted extra-territoriality as requested, but we request that your staff are aware of cultural protocols when exploring the city.

It is a requirement of our foreign affairs department that all Ambassadors from foreign nations are driven only in a government approved security vehicle. In this case, the Department of Foreign Affairs will provide your Ambassador with access to two Mercedes Benz S Class (Secure) and 3 Range Rover Vogue (secure) for her transportation and security. We request that she does not travel in a normal vehicle and that at all times she is driven by an individual with proper security training.

Upon the Ambassadors arrival in McMasterdonia she will be invited to the Royal Palace and may present her credentials to her Royal Majesty, Queen Matilda II. This will occur in approximately one to two weeks, once the Queen has returned from Eumenor.

It is a requirement of our foreign affairs department that all Ambassadors from foreign nations are driven only in a government approved security vehicle. In this instance we can accept the confidentiality of the exact specifications of the vehicle, but we do require acknowledgement that these vehicles will meet reasonable security standards including bulletproofing, bomb proofing, and run flat tires. The vehicles shall need to be equipped with a satellite telephone which will have a direct link to the Royal Security Services should the need arise. We request that your Ambassador does not travel in a normal vehicle or by public transport, and that at all times she is driven by an individual with proper security training.

I can assure that all safety standards you provided will be met. The vehicle is equiped with a satelite telephone, and we will grand McMasterdonia access to it for apropriate programming so that it may have a direct link to Royal Security Services if needed. You are welcome to provide my Ambassador with a driver with proper security training if the one provided does not pass McMasterdonian standards. I assure you that the Ambassador and her staff will be fully aware of McMasterdonian Laws and Customs upon arrival.

My Minister of Foreign Affairs has recently required that all Embassies in foreign nation must be inspected byva small team of Cascadian Secret Service officers.
