Request for Court Ruling

I made a topic about this quite a while ago but never got any response from the court regarding it.

I'd like to request the AG file with the court a request for review as to what actions are considered a response by the Speaker as it pertains to Section One of Law 28 as quoted below:

2. The Speaker or assigned deputy, shall respond to applicant requests within 14 days. Failure to respond to the applicant within the specified period will result in automatic admittance of the applicant to the Assembly.

I wish to propose several changes to the Legal Code and Constitution and seek the court's ruling to determine if this is an area that should be followed up on.

The Attorney General's office is composing a request.
