Launching Operation Pwn the UCR's

The target of Operation Pwn the UCR's is to telegram every new nation created in TNP about our regional government and forums. To participate, simply make a post in this thread saying you're currently recruiting. When you are done, edit your post stating the newest/youngest nation in TNP you recruited. Subsequent recruiters should only recruit nations newer than the one stated by the previous poster. Don't recruit at the same time as somebody else or you'll wind up with duplicate TG's plz.

If these guidelines sound more complicated than I think they are, let me know...
