I am pleased to announce the new executive arm of the Ministry of External Affairs. The "Executive Arm" of the MoEA is:

I would like to thank Nam and CM for accepting my offers. I have high hopes that they will help me make TNP the best it can be.

Next, all Diplomatic Corp members are asked to please contact me regarding MSN/AIM contacts. I do most of my business on MSN/AIM, so if you use one of those, please find me there.

Thirdly, I ask all Diplomatic Corp members to sign in to the Diplomatic Corp Sign In Centre, which is inside the DC area. We will be assessing embassy placements and other items at that time. Coffee and cake will be given out when you show up, so please come!
