I agree with Robes on this - this isn't to say that I am opposed to Gor being on the SC in the longer term, just not at the present time - the events at the end of Gorundu's delegacy are still a bit too recent as far as I am concerned.

As the office of oath was not taken by December 26th, I am once again announcing the selection of @Lord Dominator to be judicial bar commissioner.

Given we are now nearly a week into this proposal with no expressions of discontent with the nominee, and no further questions having been posed in the past five days, I move for a vote.

Just wanted to reiterate Elu's apology on this, we had a discussion at the start of the term then it got forgotten in all the too and fro over various cases, as Chief Justice I take full responsibility for that oversight.

The Court has unanimously agreed to nominate @Just a Lore as Bar Commissioner, subject to a confirmation vote by the Regional Assembly.

I appoint @Lord Dominator as Moderating Justice and @Vivanco as Standby Hearing Officer.
