    The First Pacific Constitutional Convention

I'm just going to claim I know what the joke was so that I look "in the know" and cool and stuff. Yea.

    Proposed Delegate Requirement

It's a reasonable enough suggestion, and it doesn't exclude NPA members anymore than they are naturally excluded to begin with.

    Wee-Tiddler

The current system seems relatively forgiving to me. I don't see any real issue needing to be addressed.

    Proposed abolition of the Endocap

No, just the registered voters. In this analogy, the RA are the registered voters. That the percentage of potential voters who are actually registered is disappointingly low is not something anyone would really argue with, but it is not a reason to throw away all security measures and allow for...

    Proposed Election Code

    Proposed Election Code

My biggest concern from an initial reading is this part: At a minimum, this prevents those candidates to endorsements for 17 days (7 day nomination, 3 day gap, 7 day voting), and if the commissioners take any longer to officially announce the results, then they just have to sit on their hands...

    Proposed Amendment to the Constitution

I'm pretty sure I get the point, I just think it's a rather moot point. I don't see any reason to create to put something like this in the Constitution, especially if the only thing it could affect it is explicitly not affecting. It could conceivably prevent something in the future, but the...
