The Security Council,

Noting once more that the peaceful democratic region of Eclipsis has befallen an attack by the forces of darkness that plague the world,

Believing that the light of democracy should not be snuffed out by this darkness,

Believing that this council must act to save this light from fading away into the darkness at the hands of raider forces,

Understanding that an injunction would serve as a key barrier to the destruction of the region, aiding the sieges necessary to retake it and ensuring that Eclipsis will not go softly into the night,

Overview
This resolution proposal seeks to Injunct Eclipsis, following the recent passing of a complementary resolution to Liberate the region of Eclipsis, which has been invaded by a combination of The Brotherhood of Malice, The Black Hawks, Sparkalia, Kantrias, Warzone Trinidad, Astoria, and The Sekhmet Legion.

Recommendation
Like the recent resolution to Liberate Eclipsis, we are unamused by the lousy jokes made by TNP-sanctioned regions associated with the recent solar eclipse in North America IRL and the excuse to use a IRL event to invade an innocent region. This injunction would help to serve to restore native rule and we fully support the notion.

For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the at-vote SC resolution, "Injunct Eclipsis".

As per sanctions, TNP would have to vote For anyway as the raid is a BoM one.

Edit: the IFV has been published early for this reason.
