This tool is a fork of The Ice States' GDRecruit made with his permission and assistance. The original tool was intended for WA campaign telegrams, but this version has slight modifications which make it suitable for any manual mass telegram with a comma-separated list of recipients. In particular, now that we have Dot in the server, it can be used to send endotarting telegrams to endorsement slackers (use the /slackers (nation) command for a list of recipients). This gives me a convenient excuse to slap a unique name onto it as well, and I don't think the tool was very widely known except among GA circles, so no better opportunity than now to make a post about it. A brief explanation of how it works can be found below.
Top field is self-explanatory.
For the second field, write your telegram text and send it to tag:template. Copy the template code (can be accessed at any time under "delivery reports") and enter it in the second field
Third field is self-explanatory.
Keeping the max recipients at 8 minimizes the amount of separate telegrams you need to send for the same effectiveness. If you know what you're doing you can change this.
It's important to check the "this is a campaign telegram" box properly because, although you set this parameter in your telegram template, if you check the box it will filter out nations blocking campaign telegrams (inversely, if you check it off when endotarting, you will miss a lot of the nations you're trying to reach).
