Nov. 2025 Judicial Temp EC Appointment

We lost a few people in a short amount of time, and we're now down to 5 total members. With Pallaith running for Justice, we're now below the minimum number of available commissioners required.

I asked @Prydania if he could step in to fill the 5th seat. Are we all good with that, or does anyone have an objection?
