On November 29 at 20:38 PDT the seven-day period proscribed by Chapter 3, Article 24 of the Legal Code came to an end. As the complainant has not requested another prosecutor be selected, or withdrawn the complaint within the seven-day period, the complaint is considered to be withdraw. I hereby close the case of The North Pacific v. KEKISTON, GrandEngland.
