Confirmation of Eluvatar as Bar Commissioner

The Court has selected @Eluvatar to be the Judicial Bar Commissioner in place of Lord Dominator.

The Court has nominated @Eluvatar to succeed Vivanco as Bar Commissioner of the Bar Commission in place of @Lord Dominator. I now open the floor for debate and discussion on this appointment.

Seeing as to how the previous selection by the Court for Bar Commissioner has seemingly been withdrawn, I'd like to invite @Attempted Socialism to comment on the matter.

Once moved, the motion that I will be putting to vote for this confirmation is as follows:

The Regional Assembly, in accordance with the Court's nomination, appoints Eluvatar as Bar Commissioner.
