This thread will be used to track my transition to the #2 spot in Endorsements for the upcoming term, along with the Delegate's endorsement count along with the rest of the Security Council. I have decided to make this thread public so that others can follow my progress and see how I am working towards achieving this goal. Updates will be posted twice a week, along with a weekly update in the Vice Delegate's report.

May 11th, 2023: The Transition begins. I have an endorsement count of 774, while the outgoing Vice Delegate, Siwale, has an endorsement count of 984. There is a gap of 210 endorsements between us. A telegram is sent asking all WA Nations to endorse Chipoli and the Delegate, Gorundu. May 12th, 2023: I now maintain an endorsement count of 797. I have gained 25 endorsements, while Siwale has lost 3 and climbed down to 981. May 13th, 2023: I gain 13 more endorsements and now have an endo count of 810. Siwale loses 4 more endorsements and now has an endorsement count of 977. The gap is now 167 endorsements. May 14th, 2023: I have a rough day, gaining only one endorsement. Siwale loses 5, however, drawing the gap closer. I send out a telegram asking all WA Nations that haven't already to endorse me. May 15th, 2023: The telegram helps me gain 10 more endorsements, bringing my count up to 821. Siwale loses one more, with his count being 971. The gap is now 150. May 16th, 2023: I gain 21 further endorsements, while Siwale loses 5. Another good day for me. May 17th, 2023: I gain no endorsements, as the telegram appears to have lost its magic. Siwale gains 3 endorsements, widening the gap. May 18th, 2023: As of writing, I now have 848 endorsements, and Siwale has 967. The gap is 119 endorsements. I am neck and neck with Security Councilor Rocketdog, and I have gotten into 12th place at some point today.
Overall, I have gained 74 endorsements, closed the gap by around 90 endorsements, and moved up one spot. The transition is going reasonably well, we're looking at a mid-June conclusion date if we are being optimistic.

Alright. I said these were going to be twice a week, but that has not been the case so far. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause you all. Nevertheless, here is the progress I have made this week. As a reminder, I started with 848 endorsements, with former Acting Vice Delegate Siwale having 967.
May 19th, 2023: I started the day with the same endorsement count as I reported earlier. I continue my endotarting effort, doing it 2-3 times a day. May 20th, 2023: I don't make much progress. I gain one endorsement, while Siwale loses one, closing the gap by two endorsements. May 21st, 2023: Siwale loses 6 endorsements, but I gain only one. I decide to take action and begin sending telegrams exclusively to nations not endorsing me. May 22nd, 2023: The telegrams are working well. I gain 11 endorsements, and Siwale regains a few of the endorsements he lost the previous day. He has 962 endorsements, while I sit at 861. I overtake 2 more Security Councilors, Sil Dorsett and TlomzKrano. I now sit in 10th place. May 23rd, 2023: I gain 4 endorsements and Siwale loses two. At this point, I have 95 endorsements to receive before the transition is complete. May 24th, 2023: Dreadton resigns from the WA temporarily and loses all his endorsements, which brings me up to 9th place. I gain 8 endorsements. Siwale gains 5, meaning I have a net gain of 3 toward the second-place position. The API telegrams finish and I begin sending personalized telegrams to nations when I endorse them. May 25th, 2023: At the time of writing, I have 877 endorsements. Siwale, in 2nd place, is currently gaining endorsements fast and sits at 973 endorsements. The gap is currently 96 endorsements. I am hoping for a mid-June conclusion to the transition.
Overall, I gained 29 endorsements this week, a decrease from last week, which shows that we need might need to take new initiatives and I will have to step my endotarting game up. On the positive side, I have overtaken 2 SCers and went from 12th to 9th place. The gap has closed by 23 endorsements. I look forward to making even more progress over the next week.
