OOC Note
This thread is heavily inspired from Sasten's Encyclopædia Machina thread. I wished to do something similar in a more extensive manner, with both important worldbuilding and links to important story threads for both the Yviiri and the rest of Inaius (in-character, these are just events that the Yviiri have observed and taken note of). I plan to try and update this on occasion with various bits of Yviiri lore; history, culture, biology, etc. Thus this thread will be a work-in-progress until I decide it is finished. I will do my best to make OOC clarifications along the way since the Yviiri tend to have a... unique way of writing.
(1) An Executive Functionary is an administrative AI. They are often quite intelligent, and may also be used as logisticians or quartermasters.
(2a) A custodian is someone that organizes and cleans something, both digitally and physically when necessary. Physical cleaning is not to the same extent as a janitor and is typically more to do with physical organization.
(2b) An Ebed Functionary is a general labor AI, used in everything from organization and archiving (such as in this case) to construction. They range in intelligence.
(3) Amputation/to amputate is a Yviiri synonym for death. It is often used in official documents. They will use severance/sever if a document already uses amputate for it's normal meaning.
