Official Regional Exemption List
​
The following list contains all the regions that have been approved by majority vote of the Regional Assembly as motioned by the Delegate for exemption from Section 7.6, Clause 40 of the Legal Code (permitting the use of permanent harm to the region).

By the authority granted to me under Section 7.6.39 of the Legal Code, I am exempting the following regions from our prohibitions on altering the region:

Greater Prussian States
The Fascist Pacific
Argenia
The Super Accepting Dictators
NBA Youngboy
Etenam Federation of dictatorships
Poopy Empire

The above regions self-identify as fascist and have been hit by the NPA. These exemptions would allow the NPA to inflict additional damage to clearly problematic targets before departing and if we hit them again.

39. When deployed in a foreign region, members of The North Pacific Army will refrain from excessive use of force including altering the regions chosen embassy list or password protecting the region. Before leaving, The North Pacific Army must provide natives with the means to restore the region to its original state. Exceptions to this clause must be publicly authorised by the Delegate when it is in the best interests of The North Pacific or its allies.

The Brotherhood of Malice Girl Scouts

This is a Brotherhood of Malice property and I would like to add it to the list of their regions that we are exempting. We exempted the others and this one is founderless. We would like to take appropriate action on this region.

39. When deployed in a foreign region, members of The North Pacific Army will refrain from excessive use of force including altering the regions chosen embassy list or password protecting the region. Before leaving, The North Pacific Army must provide natives with the means to restore the region to its original state. Exceptions to this clause must be publicly authorised by the Delegate when it is in the best interests of The North Pacific or its allies.
