Welcome to Mayari Industries® Computerized Observational Directory of Environmental eXposure® (CODEX™), version 36x.
The Mayari Industries®CODEX™ was originally an informative public early-warning system commissioned by the Ministry of Public Affairs (MPA) in its landmark program in partnership with Mayari Industries®, "Amalgamated Initiative Mandate for Interstellar Wellbeing (AIMWELL)." Its basic and primary function is to provide emergency-level information to any designated user in a defined unsafe radius. Its services rely on rapid dissemination to immediately advice, guide, and warn designated users in life-threatening situations.
To perform its services to the fullest extent, this portable device is capable of environmental scanning, monetary transactions, audio conversations, video calls, and holographic communication. Optional modules exist to enhance CODEX™ experience.
System usability has been expanded to provide general information on various topics for all kinds of purposes. Mayari Industries® highly recommend students and explorers to use CODEX™. Mayari Industries® has entered a new partnership with the Hall of Records (HALOREC) and the Commission on Government Administration (COGOV) to integrate state information-based technologies and synchronize public information traffic.
All displayed elements are color coded for ease of use and to ensure CODEX™ users can locate the information they require in a timely fashion:
[Updated Entries] are orange. [Viewed Entries] are black. [Missing Entries] are red. [Active Entries] are blue.
Mayari Industries® has been authorized by MPA, HALOREC, and COGOV to recommend users the following optional modules:

The Iferyssian Kalipunan is a county fiefdom of the Imperium and has a population of 631 billion sentients, the majority of whom belong to the Ovir race. It borders the territories of House Bilal and the imperial demesne of Taer Atlos. Kalipunan systems are divided into lalawigans. They are ruled by lesser lords and free districts. Lesser lords comprise of sol-barons, mund-barons, and lund-barons. Free districts are county demesnes with autonomous administrations democratically-elected by its local populations. Wapaya, the Kalipunan center of commerce, is a sol-barony but it enjoys greater autonomy than most lalawigans. The homeworld is Iferyssia Prime.
The Kalipunan is under the stewardship of House Yondar, currently led by Count Bulon Mogoaw. The Saligang Batas of 1611 provided a framework of democratic parliamentary government under the autocratic rule of His Illustrious Highness The Count. The government consists of the Katipunan of Ministers, the Grand Batasan, and the High Council of Ancients. The Katipunan participates in the delegated exercise of executive power vested in the Count. They are assisted by the Umalohokan, the Iferyssian civil service, who carries out the administration of government policy. Though the Count's political powers are distributed beyond his office, he remains the apex of power in Iferyssia. He is the Commander-in-Chief of the Iferyssian Defense Forces, Lord High Legislator, and the Font of Honor. The Count resides and meets his ministers in the Concordat Palace Pavilions. This is also where ministerial offices are located. Balay Maylakan is the headquarters of the Umalohokan.
All ministerial appointees are nominated by and from duly-appointed, local representatives in a bicameral legislature called the Grand Batasan. The Grand Batasan is divided between the hereditary Council of Ancients and the elected Conclave of Worlds. Together, they legislate laws and approve taxes proposed by the Count. In 1902, an amendment to the Saligang Batas granted them the power to force the Count to abdicate by vote of no confidence in a joint session. However, this is reserved for the following conditions: Failure to end internal armed conflict, attempt to dissolve the Grand Batasan before a budget bill could be passed, and at the explicit and express request of the Emperor. The Grand Batasan convenes at The Metroplex.
The interpretation of the Saligang Batas and application of other laws is the sworn-duty of the autonomous High Council of Ancients. They are the highest court of Law in Iferyssia. All High Council members are nominated and appointed by the Grand Batasan. The High Council also oversees and appoints the members of the Interstellar Public Safety Commission. The Commission administers the Interstellar Judicial Agency, the central agency of the Iferryssian police system. The High Council convenes at the Forum of Enlightenment.
The rise of Iferyssia was marked when Count Bong Libun was recognized for his loyalty to The Imperium and received additional systems from House Bilal as a reward. Historically, Iferyssians focused on uplifting pre-space civilizations in colonizing habitable planets. Calls to assimilate the myriad of various species eventually led to political and social reform. Iferyssia thrived on individual freedoms and cultural differences ever since. Scientific progress, cultural achievements, and economic endeavors are at the heart of Iferyssian society. Thrifty and pacifistic, the Iferyssians are business-minded and renowned as merchants.
