Confirmation of Siwale as Election Commissioner

I hereby appoint @Siwale as an Election Commissioner. His term is up on the 21st of May. This is subject to a confirmation vote by the RA.

The delegate has nominated @Siwale as an Election Commissioner. I now open the floor for debate and discussion on the nomination. I would welcome a statement in support of the nomination from @mcmasterdonia

Good afternoon.

I have nominated Siwale to the Election Commission as he expressed interest in continuing in the role. Secondly, Siwale has served on the Election Commission since he was World Assembly Delegate. During this time has been a consistently active member and still wishes to serve on that body.

edit: He has been on the EC since he was Minister of Home Affairs actually!

Siwale is currently the only multi-term election commissioner on the team right now. His experience is invaluable to the team. This should be a slam dunk reconfirmation.
