[PASSED] A Motion to Exempt Artemis from SC Influence Requirements

As a result of border control use during this year's Z-day event, Artemis expended a great deal of their influence and fell below the legal requirements for members of the Security Council. By a two-thirds majority vote, the Security Council may exempt them from this influence requirement until they regain the necessary influence. The discussion is here.

Motion:

The Security Council exempts Artemis from the influence requirements necessary for membership until they regain a Soft Power Disbursement Rating of at least 182,500, or an influence rank within The North Pacific greater than or equal to Apprentice, whichever is lower.
