I have signed up for citizenship and joined the guild. Not sure if my citizenship request has been processed. "One Bad Hombre" as our prez puts it! :]
 
Very interesting, checked my status and "receive card for answering questions is on" but I haven't received any since season 2 came out. 3 days very unusual or very unlucky. Even pruned a few cards out.

Perhaps unlucky? You can always create more puppets to ensure you receive packs.
 
@Praetor I really don't understand this puppet thing. I would have figured something like that would get me banned. Remember I only started October before last and got whacked by Zombies on my first week. I was freaking confused :).

Yesish. Season 1 cards that the nation still exists can appear, however, they are much less likely to appear. If the nation no longer exists, the card can still be pulled by a Card Farmer if it's at auction and r3n is card farming at that time. Again, small chance of this happening.

If you don't want to wait quite a while for a particular card, I'd suggest only requesting Season 1 cards that are already owned by a Card Farmer or Season 2 (although you may still be waiting then).

One week from when you last requested a card to request a new one. If you have a card request that has yet to be fulfilled, the new one will override the previous one.
