Decision regarding the canon status of the Area 3 Incident Report

The conclave has decided that the post in question is to remain canon. After investigation and deliberation a consensus was reached, that the post in question is to remain canon. We have decided to pursue this decision due to the standards we have as a community and the rules surrounding metagaming. Tribekistan deliberately edited his posts afterwards in a manner designed to escape repercussions from the post in question. While we would usually tolerate this, Tribekistan failed to go through a normal route, instead abruptly editing his posts.
