GutenTag! The Drusselsteinian Overseas Loans Program is a recent project by the Drusselsteinian government established to provide soft and hard loans for struggling nations. The government understands that lending money to those who struggle financially, like, say, a bankrupted nation, or an economically struggling one is a great opportunity to make allies. The DOLP will help you earn easy money to start over again! Here are the details:

•All nations can borrow at least $2.5-b, which shall be known as a "soft loan".

•Loans exceeding that amount are considered "hard loans", and hard loans can reach up to $10-b.

•A fixed interest rate of 2.5% shall be implemented, and nations are required to pay soft loans within exactly 30 years.

•Hard loans shall have a fixed interest rate of 3%, and are required to be paid within 40 years.

The DOLP also provides bailouts for struggling nations, but conditions for these bailouts are to be discussed in private. The DOLP shall now formally open, thank you and happy borrowing!
