@Koopa103 has passed the Speaker's check and will be granted citizenship upon passing the VD check.

On the other hand, @Jeltronia's application is rejected for failing the Admin check and since they do not fully meet the requirements, they will not be subject to a VD re-evaluation. They will be masked as a resident.

EDIT: @Juno's application is hereby invalid as their nation has ceased to exist. Their application is rejected.
