The Sutherland Federation: Now Open for International Trade

An Interdominion Statement from the Great Dominions of Scholastic and Bereda​

It is with great excitement that the Sutherland Federation announces its willingness to trade with other powers of the world for the first time. The Federation considers with great importance its relationships of trade with other nations. That being said, it is important to explain how trade functions in the Sutherland Federation since it is different from the normal process. The federal government of the Federation is greatly advisory and mediatory while most governmental power resides with the dominions that form the Federation. That being said, trade deals are made by the dominions while the Federal governmental acts as a representative of those dominions to the world. In order to not jump into a nation wide trade deal that has the possibility of destabilizing wellbeing of the nation, the dominions of Scholastic and Bereda have elected to be the first of the dominions to enter the world of trade. The federal Committee of Heart shall be responsible for negotiations on behalf of these two dominions while the federal Committee of Doctrine shall play an advisory role in offering advice on the fairness and benefit of a proposed trade deal. Below are the offerings of each dominion that may be of interest for trading proposals.

Bereda​

Trade Offerings of Bereda (Pricing shall be discussed through negotiation)​

-Livestock: including poultry cows and chickens either alive or processed for consumption (Steroids and hormone treatments of livestock are outlawed in the Bereda Dominion so natural quality guaranteed)

-Rice (white and processed)

-Wheat (processed)

-Farming education (including irrigation technology and cattle quality control as provided by the Bereda Academy of Agriculture)

All goods shipped by boat through the services of the Alderon Dominion

Scholastic​

-Book publishing and printing services

-Graphic design and software services

-Education services including textbooks and "Smartboards"

-Waterbased generators such as hydrodams and hydroelectric generators for personal households.

-Philosophical manuscripts and Courantist literature as curated by the premiere university of the Sutherland Federation: The High Academy of Scholastic and Sutherland Proper

All goods shipped by boat through the services straight from the ports of Scholastic

We would love to start a trade agreement. We could really use 5 tons of rice annually and 50 hydro dams and we could sell hydroelectric generators in our markets and stores. If you want we could trade for many things Tommatito sells such as:

Live pig livestock (200 max per order)

Pork carcasses (in thousands preferably)

Corn (in tons)

Carrots (in tons)

Tomatoes (in tons)

Or we can just buy with cash. We can also manufacture things for you if you have requests.
