So, with the abolishing of two-thirds of our organization, we need to build our organization from the ground up again. A clean slate of an open forum.
That said, I think we should have summits every so often to discuss issues, and at the end, have the Chairperson release a statement of NPTO's opinion on the events discussed. These would be separate from the official NPTO meetings, and would be held in a selected city from the member states down the list by joining date. Once all host a summit, it is started over.
The summits would be moderated by the Chairperson, but all hosting would be by the nation.
