I personally think that the SC could be larger, and that it would be to the benefit of regional security. Full support for Elu of course.

The SC is too large, IMHO, but I simply can't stand in Elu's way if he wants to join. Pretty much the same as Raven actually, they are perfect for the SC, anyway.
