Timeline of Legal History of TNP

This will have a timeline of laws passed by the acting legislative body of TNP. It will also contain a list of constitutions and decrees passed by dictators. Assembly membership over time would also be neat to have here.

I am slowly (very slowly) working on a historical record of TNP Law starting from when our current legal system originates (in my analysis) in July 2005: https://github.com/Eluvatar/Legal-Documents/

I've run rather quickly into the problem that the RA preliminary discussions and voting areas on old blue are not guest-visible. I imagine that those who still have RA masking there will be able to find them.

The next thing I need to look up is the voting topic to get the voting times and exact bill voted on for this bill.

Those masked as RA members on old blue whom I've met are:
  1. Blackshear
  2. Flemingovia
  3. Haor Chall
  4. Hersfold
  5. James2spooky
  6. Lake Liberty (aka Freedom and Pride)
  7. mr sniffles reborn (aka mr sniffles)
  8. Mr. Gaunt
  9. Punk D
  10. Syrtis Major (aka Unterwasserseestaat)
  11. Byardkuria [CJ]
  12. Thyatira [CJ]
  13. Grosseschnauzer [CJ]
  14. Dalimbar [DM]
  15. Fedele [DM]
  16. Gaspo [DM]
  17. Namyeknom [DM]
  18. OPArsenal [DM]
  19. Romanoffia [DM]
  20. Ermarian [DC]
  21. Great Bights Mum [DC]
  22. Democratic Donkeys [MoAE]
  23. HoneySheep [MoCE]
  24. Heft [MoD]
  25. GoalVA [MoEA]
  26. Deikura [MoIA]
  27. Sydia [Mod]
  28. Poltsamaa [PM]

Possibly also possessing access to the information I'm looking are the Registered Voters, of whom I have met:
  1. AlHoma
  2. Ator People
  3. Blue Wolf II
  4. Fulhead Land
  5. IndieGirl
  6. lady jane grey
  7. nish81
  8. Nucleo
  9. Pope Hope
  10. Saint Oz
  11. Thel D'Ran
  12. Tresville
  13. Westwind
  14. Wisconsota

The combined list of those who are actually around (at all) these days:

  1. Blue Wolf II
  2. Dalimbar
  3. Democratic Donkeys
  4. Ermarian
  5. Flemingovia
  6. Great Bights Mum
  7. Grosseschnauzer
  8. HoneySheep
  9. lady jane grey
  10. Punk D
  11. Romanoffia
  12. Saint Oz
  13. Thel D'Ran
  14. Westwind
  15. Wisconsota

I'll try and get one of them to help.

Eluvatar:
#2: I started on this, and swiftly ran into a problem I've been unable to surmount so far: the legislative votes from between July 7th and November 25th 2005 on Old Blue have been hidden from view, and I have been unable to find someone who has access to them. I may need to contact the Twoslit Experiment regarding this, in fact. I'm specifically unable to find the votes on the combined constitutional amendment and Legal Code change to create the position of Vice Delegate mentioned in TNP Law 5, or the adoption of TNP Laws 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 11 as listed in the 2005-2007 TNP Legal Code, or the amendments prior to November 25th listed in the appendix to the 2005 Constitution. It would be far more difficult for me to work backwards than forwards in building such a legislative history, and it would not be complete if it did not begin in July 2005. If anybody could help me find the votes to adopt TNP laws 6-11, or to propose amendents to the Constitution by the Regional Assembly 27 September - 4 October 2005, 9 October-15 October 2005, or the Cabinet decisions to ratify those amendments, that would greatly help. The specific information I would like, which is always available in the voting topic, is the full text of the legislation and the date it came into force. If there are other ways to find this information besides the Voting Topics, I am all ears.

I have mentioned this topic elsewhere.
