For the fifth volume of Stories of The North Pacific, the Executive Staff of the Ministry of Culture has chosen to feature the Factbook of Republic of Astana.. Congratulations to its author, Republic of Astana!

Factbook of Republic of Astana.
Astana (Arabic: ??????), officially the Republic of Astana (Arabic: ??????? ??????), located in South America it has area of 4,456,510 sq km and population of 1.518 billion its capital city and largest city is Nos Astra.
For hundreds of years the area was unclaimed by no one even through some people managed to get to it, it remained not claimed by no one, after the civil wars of the Middle East a group of survivors and freedom persons looking for change led by Ashraf Saleem to the land and claimed it after years of expanding it has growed to be a very free country led by the people.
Even through its still expanding its yet to be considered a highly developed country, but still so far no down have happened to the country and its expanding faster them most countries.
Etymology
Originally the name Astana is not sure where it come from but most say it comes from Mt.Astn in south Lar.
Geography
Astana occupies a good sized area in South America, it have a total area of 4,481,965 sq km including 25,455 sq km of water, its time zone is UCT -3, the geography is chaining in Astana most of the mountains are in the West while the ocean is in east and north is normal terrain,
Climate
All the east of Astana have a tropical climate while the rest of the country hold normal to hot climate, it rains mostly all the year in eastern country and it rains in winter mostly in the rest of the country.
Biodiversity
Larger mammals include pumas, jaguars, ocelots, rare bush dogs, and foxes; peccaries, tapirs, anteaters, sloths, opossums, and armadillos are abundant. Deer are plentiful in the south, and many species of New World monkeys are found in the northern rain forests. Concern for the environment has grown in response to global interest in environmental issues. Biodiversity can contribute to agriculture, livestock, forestry and fisheries extraction. However, almost all economically exploited species of plants, such as soybeans and coffee, or animals, such as chicken, are imported from other countries, and the economic use of native species still crawls. In the Astanian GDP, the forest sector represents just over 1% and fishing 0.4%.
Government and politics
The Republic of Astana has always been unified under one leader, even through there are governors but the laws are all the same everywhere and nothing is different when moving from town to town, The president of Republic of Astana is Ashraf Saleem currently.

Law and Order
Astanian Law lays heavily on Islamic law and traditions even through it does have other things but 90% of it is based upon Islamic law,
As a result Astana does not have much crime but still its currently improving a lot of its police is crime rates are between low to rare.
Supreme Court of Astana serves primarily as the Constitutional Court of the country
Military
The Armed Forces of Astana even through newly adapted are growing heavily consisting of Astanian Army, the Astanian Navy, and the Astanian Air Force.
The Army has 135,978 Currently, the Air Force has 400 air crafts in service today.
Astana has not been invaded since its found, Additionally, Astana has no contested territorial disputes with any of its neighbours and neither does it have rivalries, Since 2010 the Astanian Armed Forces have been relied upon to fight in defense of Astana.

The official religion of the Republic of Astana is Islam its practiced heavily and its found in 80% of the people while 10% are Christians and the rest are from Jews and Hindus and atheists.
