(Optional) Previous experience in this area of government: I have edited some videos IRL (not very complex, just put some images on a video in front of other image, and transitions, I think this is enough for Radio.) with Kdenlive. About Audio, I have only recorded very short audios in Audacity. I can edit audio as long as it is removing silence.
