@Eras, I sure want to try your banana bread, it's strange how we export bananas but never came up with that idea for a recipe... I make a rather good banana cake, though xD And, if you check my spelling you will see I spell funny most of the time, I haven't even chosen a spelling standard, but as I'm planning to move to UK, I'll probably stick to British... But I'm still learning, feel free to make any corrections xD
