Unlike the regional seal use of the regional flag by non-official isn’t prohibited by law, nor have specifically enumerated crimes been alleged. As such the indictment is denied.

Section 1.2: Espionage
6. "Espionage" is defined as sharing information with a group or region when that act of sharing has not been legitimately sanctioned by the entity the information is gathered from, as limited by this section.
7. The information shared must not be accessible to a person who is not a member of the region or group it is gathered from except by cracking technical security measures.
8. The information must be gathered from The North Pacific or a foreign power the Regional Assembly has ratified a treaty of alliance with.
9. The preceding clause also applies to foreign powers that the Regional Assembly has, by treaties other than alliances, agreed to prohibit espionage against.
10. The Regional Assembly has ratified treaties of alliance with Balder, Equilism, Europe, Europeia, Greater Dienstad, International Democratic Union, Lazarus, Stargate, Tajitu, The East Pacific, The Pacific, the Rejected Realms and the West Pacific.
11. The Speaker will update the preceding clause as appropriate.

Section 1.3: Fraud
12. "Election fraud" is defined as the willful deception of residents with regards to the candidates running, the time and venue of the elections, or the requirements and methods by which one may be eligible to vote or run for office.
13. "Fraud" is defined as an intentional deception, by falsehood or omission, made for some benefit or to damage another individual.

Specifics of Crime(s): The accused acquired a private post from the forum of The Rejected Realms and used said post in private correspondance with the Government of The North Pacific.

Summary of Events: The accused, upon acquiring a post they had no ability to otherwise access except through malicious means from the private citizens forum of The Rejected Realms, a region The North Pacific has agreed a treaty of alliance with and thus is covered by our espionage law, then dissemminated that post with at least two regions when that act of sharing has not been legitimately sanctioned by the entity the information is gathered from - namely Europeia and The North Pacific. The accused used this post to then committ, portraying the post as containing information that was only acquired through the post author's previous and then-current roles in The North Pacific. They used this both to attempt to force The North Pacific government to remove the post author from some or all of their roles, and to defame that individual, both in Europeia and other regions, including The North Pacific.

Crime: Treason, Conspiracy to Commit Treason, Gross Misconduct.
Section 1.1: Treason

2. "Treason" is defined as taking arms or providing material support to a group or region for the purpose of undermining or overthrowing the lawful government of The North Pacific or any of its treatied allies as governed by the Constitution.

3. No player maintaining a nation in a region or organization at war with TNP may maintain a nation within TNP, or participate in the governance thereof, for the duration of hostilities.

4. At this time, The Communist Bloc and The Brotherhood of Malice are at war with TNP. At this time TNP is allied with Balder, Carcassonne, Equilism, Europe, Europeia, Greater Dienstad, International Democratic Union, Lazarus, Stargate, The East Pacific, The Pacific, the Rejected Realms, The Wellspring and the West Pacific.

5. The Speaker will update the preceding clause as appropriate.

26. "Conspiracy" is defined as planning, attempting, or helping to commit any crime under this criminal code.

Specifics of Crime(s): The accused, New Chiken, moved a nation into Warzone Trinidad, a treaty ally of the Brotherhood of Malice, and stated that they would aid the region. The accused was a member of the North Pacific Army at the time.

Summary of Events: On the 5th of March, the North Pacific Army began their deployment in Warzone Trinidad. Control was wrested from then Native Delegate Flemingisia. Seven days later, on the 12th of March, the NPA withdrew, marking the operation complete. Warzone Trinidad was then recaptured, and Texico was elected Delegate. On the 15th, the accused moved a nation, named "Texico supporter", into the region, and began posting on the regional message board. In their posts, the accused continuously stated that they would support Texico and Warzone Trinidad in any way possible. The accused is also believed to have joined the Warzone Trinidad discord at the bequest of Texico.
New Chiken was expelled from the North Pacific Army on the 15th of March for misconduct and acting in violation of their NPA oath.

The Court accepts the above indictment of New Chiken. The Court appoints @Dreadton as moderating justice and @Vivanco as standby hearing officer.
