Oh, and if this resolution gets passed I have formed one of my own to put restrictions on it. You can make up your own mind.



Restrictions for Union

Description: Unions would be required to pay taxes on Union Dues. Strict guidelines for how a Union would be able to act during a Strike. Union would be required to supplement wages that currently the Unemployment office distributes during a strike.

* Agenda #1-
Recognizing that the Union Dues are not taxed:

Unions would be required to pay a minimal Tariff on all Union Dues.

* Agenda #2-
Recognizing that the Union boycotts Company’s that do not follow the guidelines placed by the Union. Usually leaving the Company in a financial bind when the strike is over and it comes to rehiring teamsters.

The Union would not be allowed to boycott the said Company.

Agenda #3-
Recognizing that Teamsters are not paid by the Company during a Strike and that the Unemployment office ends up picking up the wages for a lower wage then the said Company would pay the Teamster.

This Agenda would require the Union to pay minium wage during a strike. A teamster would not be allowed to collect Unemployment
