Sorry if I'm overstepping my bounds but we've seen this legislation in the RA for what feels like forever, I say we should clear up the clutter left over from the last term and get cracking!

I approve of allowing this legislation to come to a vote.
 
:lol: I think wizard was waiting to make sure all the elections and such were through. Anyway, I'm obviously in favor.

And I count 5 votes, which would be a majority.
