For (Non-WA). Due to me not knowing the players who authored this proposal, I am just taking an air of caution, but it is a really-well written proposal regardless.

For (Non-WA). Absolutely needed and useful to get this subject properly legislated once again for this day and age.

For (Non-WA). This proposal I like because this develops a system where it can further help customers have a more certain backup plan if any of their banking accounts go haywire due to any possible hacks, glitches, or other things that will impact banks and the economy of their home nation. But...
