You arrange 10 identical cups (usually those red plastic ones) in a triangle (like a game of tenpin bowling) and then you fill them partway with some sort of alcoholic beverage. The game is to take turns attempting to throw a ping pong ball into your opponent's cup, make one in and they have to drink it. That's basically it.
