It appears the majority is in favor of BMW serving as CEC. Before I bring this to vote, what are you guys thinking for the length of the term?
 
A term duration has been decided on the Commission's public Discord channel. Now it's time to vote!

All in favor of appointing BMWSurfer as Chief Election Commissioner until October 15th, please vote "Aye".

I would say Aye but that makes me uncomfortable so I’m abstaining but if that’s not allowed just count me as aye

My term as Chief is up today, so let's get this done. Per our public discussion on Discord, we are voting on whether Siwale will serve as Chief until the end of his EC term on May 25.

I vote Aye.
 
Well, it's still April 15th somewhere, so as my last act as Chief Election Commissioner, I certify that Siwale is my successor. The vote was 5-0-1.
